Cordova

Cordova's neighborhoods went up fast in the 1990s and 2000s, and the trees planted with them are now big enough to shade properties and drop limbs in a storm. We trim for clearance and health, and remove the ones planted too close to the house.

Those same properties are reaching the end of their first exterior life. We inspect, photograph, and give a straight answer on repair versus replacement, and we handle the storm and hail claims Cordova sees most years.

Privacy fences are the standard back-yard fence here, and clay soil plus wind loosens posts over time. We replace posts, straighten sections, and build new runs with posts set deep in concrete.
